2. Hosting

This website is hosted on our own root server at IONOS, managed via Plesk. When you visit the website, the server automatically collects so-called server log files that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, requesting domain). This data is analyzed to ensure smooth operation and to improve our offering; it is not merged with other data sources.

3. Contact form

If you send us a request via the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, selected subject, message), including the contact details you enter there, is transmitted to us by email and stored to process your request. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps to enter into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

4. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our contact form against spam and abuse, we use the Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the form is displayed, technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address are transmitted to Cloudflare to determine whether the input comes from a human. Turnstile does not set advertising cookies and does not create user profiles. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our website against abusive requests). 5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to request information about, correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your stored personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Data submitted via the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
